IQ Builder

I.Q. or Intelligence Quotient is a general assessment of your ability to think and reason. Your I.Q. score is actually an indication of how you compare in this ability with the majority of people in your age group.
In IQ Builder there are over 600 carefully selected questions that allow you to practise and familiarise yourself with the types of questions that will be asked in the final MENSA style test. Each test allows 45 minutes to answer 60 questions. A graphical analysis is displayed at the end of each test to indicate performance in each question group and to provide explanations for any incorrect answers.

Topic Examples :

Comparisons
In some questions you will be asked to make a comparison.

Example:

Which one of the five makes the best comparison?
Boat is to water as aeroplane is to:
SUN - GROUND - WATER - SKY - TREE

Least Like
In some questions, you will be given a group of five things. Four of them will have something in common; they will be similar in some way. You will be asked to choose the one which is not similar to the other four.

Example:

Which one of the five is the odd one out?

a) b) c) d) e)

Sequences
In some questions you will be given numbers or letters, in a certain order. They follow some pattern, however, one of them will not fit. You will be asked to choose the one which does not fit into the pattern.

Problem Solving
There will also be some problems which you will be asked to solve. These will not require any difficult mathematical calculations. Instead, they will be testing how logical you are, that is, how well you think.
